Clean and large room with kind staff. Basic breakfast which is serving in a small area. Good parking area but there was no lanscape from room window. Totally quite and good for price. A 35 min trip to Ottawa city centre by bus.

First time to stay here. I was happy with the experience. Rooms are clean, spacious. Friendly staff. The hotel is going under some renovation due to a fire but you wouldn’t know it. Everything is clean. Good location. Anyone looking for an affordable hotel close to Ottawa I would highly recommend this spot.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. Location of the hotel is great with a big mall next to it. Breakfast was very good too. The only issue is that there is no elevator.

Our experience of this hotel was poor. We were going for a meeting the following day and there were two major interruptions in the night that were not well handled by the reception or the manager the next day. In fact there was no apology from the manager which was surprising given the room cost $200 a night. Guests arrived late 12.30am and were disruptive, then a drunken rowdy bunch of young men yelling and screaming down the hallway appeared at3.30 am -these men were known to the reception already.
